Refund policy
At AffordGlow, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If your item isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in its original condition
- in the original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@affordglow.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- customized or engraved items
- final sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- items damaged due to improper use or handling
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@affordglow.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. If a return is required for an approved defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return Shipping
For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and can no longer be canceled.
